Updated October 10, 2026. This page used to walk through Centeda's opt-out form. Centeda.com no longer shows people listings, so there is nothing to opt out of.
What happened to Centeda?
When we loaded centeda.com on October 10, 2026, it showed a notice titled "This Domain Has Been Transferred by Court Order." It says that on June 12, 2026, the Superior Court of New Jersey entered a final judgment by default in Atlas Data Privacy Corporation, et al. v. Radaris.com, et al. (Middlesex County, Docket No. MID-L-000847-24), and that the domain now belongs to Atlas Data Privacy Corporation.
The judgment covers twelve domains, according to the notice: Centeda.com, Clubset.com, Comfibook.com, Dataveria.com, DiFive.com, Hudwayglass.com, Kwold.com, Newenglandfacts.com, Pub360.com, Rain-street.org, Verecor.com and Veriforia.com. Radaris.com itself now shows a similar notice, citing a later judgment in the same case.
The case was brought under New Jersey's Daniel's Law, which protects the home addresses and unpublished home phone numbers of judges, police officers, prosecutors and other covered people. You can read the notice at centeda.com.
What it means for you
- There is no Centeda listing to remove. The search, report pages and opt-out form are gone.
- Old copies can linger in search results. If Google still shows a Centeda snippet with your details, the page behind it is gone; Google's Remove outdated content tool asks it to refresh.
- Sister sites are separate. Centeda shared data lineage with other sites, and each kept its own opt-out. A sister site that is still online still needs its own request.
Sister sites to check
These were still online when we last checked:
Rain-Street.org went offline under the same judgment: what happened to Rain-Street. The master opt-out list has every site we track.
See our court-transfer notice roundup for the linked notices and the next steps for stale search results. We read Centeda's notice again on October 15, 2026.
Frequently asked questions
I submitted a Centeda opt-out before the transfer. Do I need to follow up?
No. With the site offline, there is no listing left to follow up on.
Does this mean my data was deleted?
Not necessarily. The notice says the old operators no longer control the domain. It does not say what happened to their databases, and the same details often appear on other people-search sites.
Is this legal advice about Daniel's Law?
No. We are describing what the public notice on the domain says. If you think you are a covered person under Daniel's Law, talk to a lawyer.
