QuickPublicRecords.com is a public-records search site, and its own FAQ says it updates from public sources. California's data broker registry lists it under Scalable Commerce LLC, together with KidsLiveSafe. Removing your record costs nothing and needs no account.
Checked against QuickPublicRecords' live Privacy Requests page and opt-out FAQ on October 18, 2026. We read the pages; we did not submit the form, so what happens after Continue is as the site's FAQ describes it.
Before you start
- Match the listing. The form searches with first and last name, city, state, ZIP code and an age, so enter what the listing already shows.
- Pick the right request type. QuickPublicRecords' FAQ puts listing removal under Do Not Sell My Info ("Do Not Sell My Info/Opt-Out") and says it removes you from its People Reports. Delete My Info is a separate request asking the company to delete what it holds; you can send both.
- Use an email you can open. The removal waits on a verification link.
How to remove yourself from QuickPublicRecords
Go to quickpublicrecords.com/help-center/privacy-requests, choose Do Not Sell My Info, answer "Are you a customer?" (non-customers can file), describe yourself, pass the human check and click Continue. Then select your record (name variants and old addresses may show up as separate records, each needing its own request), give your email and click the verification link the site sends. A second email says the opt-out was processed; keep it.
For a screen-by-screen walkthrough, see our SearchPublicRecords guide: the same Privacy Requests page runs there under a different company.
When it comes off
The FAQ says the record leaves at the next database update after the processed email, usually 24 hours. Then search your name on quickpublicrecords.com in a private browsing window, clearing your browser cache first, as the site suggests. Still there? Call 1-833-202-2626.
Help and agents
- Support line: 1-833-202-2626.
- An authorized agent files the same form with either a letter signed by the person or a valid power of attorney.
- New Jersey's Daniel's Law: covered judges, prosecutors, law enforcement officers and their households who would rather not use the automated opt-out can contact QuickPublicRecords for help.
Why a record can return
QuickPublicRecords updates from public sources, and its FAQ says new data with a different spelling, initials or address may not match your earlier removal. Re-check after a move or a name change and file again for any new record. Defynta's free scan does not include QuickPublicRecords yet, so check it yourself.
KidsLiveSafe shares the company and the form, and nothing we read says one request covers both: file on KidsLiveSafe too if it lists you. California residents can also reach Scalable Commerce, with every other registered broker, through the free DROP platform, but brokers need only check it once every 45 days and the state says a status update can take up to 90 days, so it works alongside this form, not instead of it (our Delete Act guide; DROP details checked October 18, 2026).
